What does KRONE Metalworking Ltd. do?
Our company specializes in the mass production of stamped metal parts — including electrical contacts, leaf and shaped springs, shaped or plain washers, and other pressed, shaped, stamped, bent sheet metal parts and metal components for the domestic and international B2B market.

What technologies do you use?
We produce pressed, formed, bent, and punched parts from strip material in a coiled state, primarily on automatic eccentric press lines and four-column automatic punching lines. We also use a multi-slide strip forming machine, also known in the industry as 'Bihler' technology.

Do you also produce individual or very small series?
Generally not. Our technology is suitable for mass production. Small series or individual production of parts cannot be economically solved in this way.

Are the raw materials used in production (strip steel, bronze strip, etc.) sold without processing?
Generally not.

What additional technologies are used?
For further processing of the parts, we have semi-automatic drilling and tapping machines. We can heat treat (quenching and tempering) the parts in-house, and with the cooperation of our partners, we can offer the tempering of the parts (austempering, step hardening), as well as nitro-cementation, etc. We have several types of grinding equipment, from the simple dry 'Scheuer' drum equipment to the Walther Trowal type wet, vibration grinding machine. Also, with the cooperation of our partners, we offer the surface treatment of the parts with various galvanic and chemical processes (galvanic galvanization, nickel plating, chrome plating, etc., or chemical nickel plating). If it is economical depending on the quantity to be produced, we do not shy away from setting up additional technologies, even building special machines.

What additional services do you offer?
In addition to the stamped metal parts manufacturing, we also provide various logistics solutions (just in time, consignment warehouse, etc.) and custom packaging services in order to provide a service that is maximally tailored to the needs of our partners.

Can you help with technical design or prototype production?
Yes, if required, we provide technical consultation and (in connection with series production) prototype and small series production. This can be particularly beneficial when developing new components.

Our target market is essentially worldwide. However we deliver predominantly to Hungary and the European Union, but we also deliver components directly or in cooperation with our multinational industrial partners to, for example, China, Brazil and Mexico.

What documents are needed for an order?
To prepare a preliminary offer, we need to know: we need to know what is to be manufactured, in what quantity, by when, from which material, etc.This usually requires technical drawings (2D, 3D), the annual forecasted number of pieces and a detailed description of individual needs, or perhaps a standard reference. If specific documents are not available, our technical colleagues will be happy to help clarify.
